From Daily Practice to Creative Impact
Yoga has been a part of my life since I was 16, when my mother first introduced me to the practice. Since then, Ashtanga Yoga has been my foundation—keeping me grounded, focused, and connected. With over a decade of daily practice, I’ve come to understand yoga not just as movement, but as a way of life.
For me, yoga is about clarity, presence, and inner balance. The discipline of daily practice—whether 10 minutes or two hours—has taught me that true transformation comes through consistency. As a teacher, I share this approach, helping others find strength, focus, and a deeper connection to themselves.
This mindset shapes everything I do—whether in design, marketing, or event creation. I work with depth and authenticity, creating meaningful work that truly resonates.
